My family and I started vacationing in Brunswick County around 2008 and just fell in love. After a few visits, we knew we wanted move here. Along with my husband Bob and our son Jared, we made that move in 2014. Once here, the search for just where to settle began. When we found Calabash, we knew that is what we were looking for. That small-town living is what we relocated for.
After 24 years in Insurance, I was ready for a change and took a chance with Real Estate. I started as a Team Assistant, within a year I knew this is what I wanted to do and that is when I became a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Buying or selling a home is not an easy process and my goal is to make that as easy as possible for you. I want to make sure you are comfortable and understand each step of the way, making it a positive experience, because a happy client is one that will pass on my name with confidence.

We found Patty through the zillow website several years ago while looking for condos in the Sunset/Ocean Isle beach area. Since that time, she has helped us look at multiple properties both in person as well as virtually. She has always been very proactive and helpful! We were first time home buyers and really didn't know a lot and Patty was amazing from the first time she came out to show us the house until sitting at the closing table with us and even beyond.
